Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (India Only)
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time: Once processed, orders will be shipped and typically take 7–10 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Tracking Information: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to follow your order until it reaches you.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact our support team at alp@gmail.com for assistance.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

We do not offer international shipping or export services at this time. All orders must have a valid delivery address within India.
